I was incredibly impressed with all staff who communicated with me prior to departure; they were extremely professional and helpful. All classes were superb and the instructors were fantastic. Our Ambassador was absolutely brilliant. He made the trip what it was and it would not have been the same without him. His passion for his job was clear. He taught the girls so much about the city and sights and was a truly inspirational individual. Visions have provided an exceptional service to us and have proved to be an extremely professional, efficient and organised tour company. I felt incredibly confident organising my tour with the company and would not hesitate to choose you again and recommend them to other colleagues.
